Hi sniffy,
I need to take you task for the straightforward statement. I had all the 
necessary paperwork but they rejected it twice. I eventually gave up 
until the car was 41 !!
My comment was that they were far from helpful. They could have saved me 
the second application if they had told me about the April dilemma as my 
second application went in in June.
For me just get all the paperwork ready and apply when it is 41, 
simples!! Not!!!!!
