[928uk] Wiper steering column stalk

Hi Samuel
you can take the units apart - drill out the rivets and replace wirth 
self tappers. there are a number of springgs and ball bearings which can 
fly everywhere if you are not careful.
I have quite a few of these in various states of repair  - mainly as I 
now have some self cancelling tabs which have been 3d printed. I have 
been waiting for feedback as to how well they work so I have not persued 
selling them
