[928uk] Chassis/shells

Loads
Early rear wings and rear quarter lights, early - from '79 - end of S2 
front wings and front PU arrangement different.
Basically major changes from S2 to S4 and above - then the rear wings 
change for GTS (and some S4)
I don't think the doors and boot have changed!
