Chris it’s already much more widespread than London.

Off top of my head there are schemes live or going live within months in Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, Sheffield, Bradford,  Bath. I often work in Sheffield which is at least sensible enough to exclude private cars, but this is unusual. If you know Sheffield it’s not a prosperous place, so very few residents would be able to afford to replace their non-compliant cars.
