Simple solution, put the new title first, that will keep Grump Paul* 
happy and show the continuity too, e.g.

"ULEZ and road charging - was - Pistonheads Skid Pad Training at 
Thruxton Dec 11th"

Personally, I read everything from 928uk because it is the most 
important information feed ever. And if I do need to find something in 
an old email, I can easily search for it.
