[928uk] Beaulieu 2024

[ian.marsh928 at gmail.com]

All,

Just arrived home after a tedious drive with very slow traffic on the A31
and A35, but thankfully no 928 dramas. However, I did see 4 Police cars and
numerous officers sandwiching another car whist a shirtless youth was being
handcuffed so I assume it was stolen or something more serious??

Anyway, good to see all the cars and apologies for not managing to talk to
everyone this time around.

Many thanks to Paul for the treasure hunt which I forgot to join, and of
course to Vince for arranging 928UK parking. It makes a such a difference
and creates a good advert for our cars which makes a refreshing change from
numerous 911's.

I also was cajoled into making a YouTube video about 928's after one of our
national experts gracefully sidestepped. Mind you he has made a few
excellent videos in his time so I can't say I blame him.

I was left standing looking useful so I did my best off the cuff with the
little knowledge and experience I have with cars but could be nominated for
a BAFTA. "Brave Attempt Further Training Available!"

If anyone can find it when its posted, please let me know.

Hope to see some of you at Thruxton weather permitting.

Safe driving.

Best Regards

Ian
