I've had dealings with both the places mentioned by others and no problem, but I got my additional S4 key blade direct from Porsche and a new head with LED from eBay. The dealer was able to order from the VIN as Porsche keep a record. It's not a great system as it failed to distinguish between the long and the short keys, but once the correct length was specified, the key was supplied from Germany, cut to suit. It was not particularly costly either.
However, that does require that the locks have not been changed as if Porsche have not updated their records, they will send the original key shape which won't fit the new lock - unless the lock was coded to the original key.
I think it's best to work out the actual cutting codes for the key you require (not that hard), keep a record of them and then a key can be ordered from anywhere that has the blanks and can cut to the code.
The cutting codes are not the key codes that Porsche also use. The latter reference the former in their database and there's no way to 'work it out' as it's just a random number. However, it's the cutting codes that are used to cut the shape so that's the most important.
A key specialist who can cut to code would probably however be able to reference back from the cutting codes to determine the Porsche key code which in theory can then be used to order from Porsche, which you cannot do from the cutting codes.
