[928uk] Locking wheel nuts

I think the issue is that it's relatively easy to replace the standard ally
wheel nuts before they disintegrate, but the looking nuts are rarely sold
used

I used to pay $1 each for very good used nuts from 928Intl, more recently
I've paid a bit more from eBay, perhaps £2 each

However I've had to retire the locking wheel nuts as they have started
crumbling badly

I've also bought a set of 20 brand new ally nuts, for just €40, but they're
blue not black!
