The 928uk 25th Anniversary meeting last year seemed to work very well, a great chance to socialise. So I am considering repeating the recipe if there is sufficient interest. This would be Saturday 12th October at the Merry Miller followed by a nice drive to the Chipping Norton Premier Inn with a meal at the Blue Boar in the evening.
 
We could arrange  something on the Sunday with the option of staying in Chipping Norton a second night. Here are some options for the Sunday:- 
1.      Didly Squat. I know a number of car meetings are held there although there’s not much to see from a motor point of view. That may not be important for us as our event success is often simply meeting up with other 928s and owners. As this venue is close to Chipping Norton it gives us the opportunity for a lazy start on Sunday morning and time for people to have a wander around Chipping Norton.
2.      Transport Museum (https://www.oxfordbusmuseum.org/) suggested by Adrian L. Mainly busses but still could be of interest to us.
3.      Any other venue within travelling distance of Chipping Norton. Any suggestions?
 
Let’s have a discussion to finalise the Sunday venue then we will start to collect names.
