[928uk] LED Brake Lights S2

I have read through the archives but can’t seem to find a definitive answer
as to whether you can or cannot use LEDs in the brake lights. I bought some
from a reputable supplier and they work, but I have the bulb out warning
and no cruise control.

I note there are references to LED bulbs that have built-in resistors, but
I don’t know if these actually exist or work. I know many places offer
resistor packs but there are lots of warnings about heat that make me
nervous.

Has anybody found an easy solution to this on an S2 without having to chop
in resistors? And if resistors are the only route do these heat up
excessively?
