[928uk] Insurance Agreed Value Valuation

Footman James won’t be able to find any GTS manuals for sale due to the rarity. 
For my own valuations I have always decided on the value myself and then persuaded the person carrying out the valuation that is accurate. I now have my own valuations done by TIPEC. Although with my last GTS valuation it got compared with an auto which completely missed the point I emphasised about manual rarity! I still got the £70k valuation.
