[928uk] Insurance Agreed Value Valuation

With Lancaster I could suggest value, and back up with the required photos. They never disputed the value asked for, and there was no requirement for club/independent valuation.

Moved recently to Peter Best who make no charge for agreed value, and process same as Lancaster.
