The fact that self parking doesn't work on positions 1 and 3 as well as
intermittent wipe not working suggests to me that the wipe relay might be
the problem, as it is involved in both these operations.
If you can borrow a wiper relay you could confirm or eliminate this.

A plastic trim removal tool with a blunt bent tip makes a handy safe lever
to get underneath the original relay, as it may well be difficult to remove.
