Agreed. You might need lots of throttle for hot starts.
I don't know what is inside, is it worthwhile blowing through it
backwards whilst powered, in case something it stopping it closing
properly.
Also, I probably have a spare. Is there a bosch number on it? I think I
know what one looks like, but it would be better to check numbers.
