[928uk] S1 Cruise Control Unit

I could be talking rubbish, but I seem to recall a recent discussion that
mostly concluded that they aren't economical to fix.

There's several on eBay right now for around the £100 mark.

Might be worth a check for dry solder joints or even a "re-cap" but the
hassle/expense would be creating some sort of test rig to work on them
properly.
