Hi,

I had a great experience with Kris Rose who repaired the unit on my 86.5

He’s based in the US. You send the unit to him, and he repairs and posts it
back to you.

Kris was excellent to deal with, and it was all done very quickly.

The only other thing I would mention is that you need to make sure the
vacuum pressure in the car is correct. It was only once my mechanic
repaired the HVAC system that it started to work properly. And contrary to
what I’ve heard, the cruise works really well. Not as good as a modern car
obviously, but still very useable on the highway.
