I think the rocker switch is part of the alarm, I think it disables the 
ultrasonic interior movement detection so that you can leave the windows 
or sunroof partially open but still have the alarm working off the door 
switches. I don't know for sure as I've never personally had one like 
this when the system hasn't already been disabled or removed.

I cannot see anything relatable in the Driver"s Manual.Factory option or aftermarket ? Stealth turbo switches ?
