Agreed Justin. We want to enjoy our cars and most of us intend keeping our cars so the value is irrelevant. The great advantage for us of higher values is that our cars are far less likely to be written off in an accident.
928SE is a great number plate but the market is vey small. Some years ago I had the chance to buy the Baltic Blue GT with reg 928GT for about £20k - number plate included. I declined because I thought the price was too high at the time!
