That layout is shown in the service info tech for MY 1982, so was
introduced that year, 1984 document is when it changed to having a
separate AC button and all symbols rather than words, so that suggests
that Phil' is '82 or '83.
PET is not at all clear, it defines a change between '79 and '80 and
another change during the '83 MY, but no change shown between '80 and
'82, so I wouldn't be able to say what part number it is. So this
slightly changes Phil's to being an '82 or early '83. Really the words
and symbols for the bottom slider define it better than a part number would.

Hi Phil
Its a very early one - '82 - '82 ish.
'79 had a simple board with all the vac system built in. Complete
nightmare as you can't get bits, then they went to this -Identified by
the ECO function. The later types are all compatible from about '83 on,
although their design internally changed (mainly the AC relay which was
under rated for the clutch)
This one is in a poor state as it does not have the slider buttons,
however you still can get the newer ones along with the springs that go
behind.
I could dig out a number but its not worth a lot to be honest
